Well, my new test should not cause that. The tests all pass over
ra_local when I run them.

My comment above refered to the fact that the problem fixed by the
patch only occurs over ra_dav. So the test passes using ra_local both
with and without the fix introduced by the patch. I *think* the test
will fail over ra_dav if the patch is not present.
