Oh. My. God.

My apologies to ... EVERYONE! Ben and I didn't even consider the
email-related consequences of our tagging action just now. I think we
need to modify 'svnlook' so that it can report COPY operations. That
way our commit-mail script can, upon seeing a COPY, say:

   A was copied to B
   
and optionally:

   ...and included the following changes to B.

and then dump the diff of B from A, not B from (nothing).
