svn - client build

Hello all!

I'm trying to build svn client/subversion under win2K, I don't know
how to do that. :-( I know how to build static or dinamic client and
libs under Linux or Solaris, but under cygwin I cannot configure apr
lib. I have searched google, mailing lists last couple of days without
any luck.

I need to build svn for w32 with SSL suport (-DNEON_SSL) 0.8, last SSL
binary gived me mr. Barry from this list, but I need to build it
myself - not to annoy people around. :-(

I have MSVC on w2k machine now, can somebody tell me in detail how to
build svn.exe - don't know how to do this with this weird MS tool.
Maybe people who build win32 binary on tigris.org? Some hints or
HOWTO?
