Milestone moved to Monday

The complexities of eol and keyword handling in libsvn_wc have won a
temporary victory for tonight, but rest assured of their permanent,
nay, eternal defeat come Monday.

Note that Greg Stein is working hard at issue #518 (also part of
Milestone 8), and seems pretty likely to have it done by the end of
today, so we'll have just the last bit of #524 remaining.
