Are the .dsp files in a regular-enough form that we can derive them from
build.conf?

The nice thing about build.conf is that it is a usuable input, unlike trying
to convert a Makefile to a .dsp. I've got to believe that we can
automatically generate any/all .dsp files as needed. Even a .dsw :-)

Thoughts?
