The libmm stuff *was* in there because of APR's prior usage of it. At one
point, APR didn't have a solid installation mechanism, and it left out libmm
from the install. Users had to manually install libmm.

All that is past, so no worries about libmm. It is totally safe to axe any
reference to that.
