What Mike is Doing

So the world knows, I'm attacking Issue #428 right now (that is,
"libsvn_repos should handle repos creation, not libsvn_fs). It's
huge. Really huge. So huge that the RA layer won't be handing
filesystem objects around anymore, they'll be handing repository
objects around.

That's huge.
