Unlikely that libmm is needed since we booted mm from APR a while ago,
so I can't figure out why it'd be needed now. And, our default MPM
is prefork. It'll probably be that way for some time.

And, if I'm lucky, FreeBSD will work with threads before the end
of eternity. =) (But, yes, httpd-2.0 is smart enough to not use
anything threaded on FreeBSD now.)
