That is a private URL, not part of the defined API. Specifically, that $svn
part can be changed. We should not be pointing people at those URIs because
they are subject to change, and they have some restrictions on usage with
could trip people up.

Working more smoothly with cadaver (and other DAV clients) is always a nice
thing.
