Hmm...I get build errors in this file. Matt, is there any chance that
you are building with the --disable-shared flag turned on? If so,

- mod_dav_svn will not get built (so you won't see any syntax
  problems you might have created by editing this module's source), and

- 'make check' will still pass, because none of our automated tests
  require mod_dav_svn.

Sooo....just wondering why you didn't see the errors I'm seeing.

NOTE: I'll fix the compile errors in your patch before committing up,
so don't worry 'bout that.
