svn diff

Just noticed that `svn diff' shows diffs for files that are locally
modified and scheduled for deletion. We might want to instead just
state that deleted files are perhaps:

  Deleted
  Deleted (no local file)
  Deleted (with local modifications)

Just a thought that I wanted to stash away in mailing list history
while working on other things.
