header name?

I'd like to share some symbols for the network-related stuff. Any ideas for
a name for a header? svn_network.h ? Is there an existing header where this
would be good?

libsvn_ra_dav and mod_dav_svn would be clients of the header, along with
third parties that wanted to directly use the network.
