reminder that anyone can claim an issue

If you look at the issues database, most issues are assigned to
someone -- usually Ben, Greg, Mike, or myself. PLEASE don't interpret
those assignments as implying set ownership. They only serve to
remind someone in that group to do it if no one else gets to it first
(since this is our full-time job).

If you want to work on a particular issue, grab it! Just ignore the
assignee, or at most ask them (on this list) if they've started it
already. Chances are they have not, and would be very happy if you
did. :-)
