You know how badly I want to believe ASF in this case, don't
you? :-)

Seriously, I cound't find a page ASF says so from
www.apache.org. It would be nicer if it can be found
easily. I found this from google search:

I've put XEmacs binding at

http://www.sodan.org/~penny/XEmacs/xemacs-svn-0.0.1.tar.gz

It can only do basic tings but you can see the design. It's
licensed under modified BSD license. I'll let the people
distributing binary to decide what is leagal or not.

Note that you probably need to recompile XEmacs. XEmacs
21.4 turns off --with-module option. If you have XEmacs
21.5 installed, probably you can just compile and use this
module. Debian has XEmacs 21.4 with module support enabled
but it lacks ellcc so you still need to compile XEmacs.
