I don't think so. The URL parsing is a *very* different thing from URL
encoding. As I read his note, he is mixing them up.

So the question then becomes why is ra_dav's URI handling even mentioned? It
has nothing to do with the URL parsing for stuff from the command line. That
is ra_local, and if there are problems parsing C: in a path, then it should
be fixed in ra_local.

Agreed. See the previous comments regarding Expat.

Since it seems like Karl and Ben are bent on doing the DAV work for mv, cp,
and log, then I'll stay out of their way and do the apr-util integration. If
they want me to do the DAV work, then they ought to speak up :-)
