Well, I'm the same (except that I have a non SMP P166 :) ), so platform
shouldn't be the problem.

Unfortunately no. Take a look in subversion/tests/libsvn_subr/target-test.*
See if you can figure out what the problem is. The fact that all of them are
failing leads me to believe, that maybe there is a permission problem or
something...
