svn.collab.net needs new mod_dav_svn

Could someone install a new version of the server code on mod_dav_svn.

With the non-recursive updates changes, if someone does a non-recursive
update, and mod_dav_svn isn't expecting it, it could corrupt their working
copy.

As a note, anyone who has tried a svn up -n so far is encouraged to check
out a fresh working copy, as this problem may not manifest itself until
multiple changes are checked into a single file.
