AT&T vcdiff available

Phong Vo got back to me a few days ago, saying that vcodex is finally
available from AT&T. This is the package which implements vdelta and
vcdiff along with some other stuff. I figured I'd send a pointer here
in case Branko or someone else wanted to verify that we actually
implemented the same algorithm they did. :) The code isn't useful to
us otherwise, both for license reasons and because we already have our
own.

It's at http://www.research.att.com/sw/tools. Their web site asked me
for a bunch of personal information, which is annoying.
