win32 zip package

Hey Brane, a number of folks (including me) are unable to run the svn
win32 binary, because you accidentally included the wrong runtime dll.

The binaries are looking for 'msvcirtd.dll', and your zip includes
'msvcrtd.dll' instead. It only worked for me on cmpilato's machine because
he has MSVC installed. :-)

As soon as I downloaded msvcirtd off the web somewhere, the binary worked
fine for me. Maybe I should just edit and re-post the zip file?
