prioritization

You probably noticed a lot of issue tracker activity today... Ben and
I slogged through the open bugs, reorganizing a lot of stuff, and
creating lots of new issues. We needed to attach dates to milestones,
and clarify the path from here to Alpha and beyond.

In a few cases, we moved formerly Alpha features over to 1.0 or
Post-1.0, even though they're things everyone agrees we need (such as
"svn blame"). There's never enough time to do everything in the order
one desires, and Subversion does need to keep to some sort of
real-world release schedule here. :-)

HOWEVER: if one of your pet issues was moved out of Alpha, please
don't let that stop you from working on it right now! Issuezilla's
priorities don't have to be your priorities -- "volunteer" means doing
whatever you want, whenever you want. So if you were planning to
implement "svn blame" this weekend, or tackle a bite-sized task like
issue #448 or whatever, please keep on coding. All contributions are
welcome whenever they happen to come in.
