careful when rebuilding

If you build Subversion "shared", make sure you don't have an old
version of neon installed in /usr/local/lib. We're using .17 now;
you can get it from the subversion download page.

A few people have already been snagged by this error; you'll know it
if you try to do a checkout and get:

 Unknown XML element `options-response (in DAV:)'. (/repos/svn/trunk)
