The only client is the Subversion client. We do not support any other client
at this time. Some DAV aspects will certainly work, but others will not. We
simply have not worried at all about DAV compatability yet.

Neon is a library, so "clients" don't really work with it.

I'm not surprised that some of those won't work. I'm not sure what SkunkDAV
does as a client, so I'm not sure if/where/how the problems exists or could
be rectified.

Simply don't try it at this time. Before we go out the door with 1.0, we'll
be doing some DAV interop tests. However, that will mostly be with simple
DAV clients. We aren't going to bother with full DeltaV compatibility --
only the amount necessary for the client to work.

Some time after 1.0 (1.x or 2.0), we will concentrate on true DeltaV support
on both the client and server sides.
