Deltification status

Just before leaving work today, I witness a fully okey-dokey `make
check' run with the new deltification code in place (this, using
Branko's supa-cool per-window storage schema). Obviously, I was
thrilled. Upon further use, I am seeing some little buglets, mostly
related to:

  - my complete inattention to memory usage during the rewrite (which
    was intentional...I just wanted to see it work first)

  - some cleanup stuff (leaving some unused data in the tables when we
    shouldn't be doing so)

Anyway, just giving everyone a heads-up on where that stands. I hope
to at least check in my latest code soon, perhaps tomorrow morning.
Your fresh sets of eyeballs will be a welcome commodity.
