WebDAV Client Problems

Ok, I've searched the list and webdav-usage.html and give up. I have two
questions:

1) What WebDAV/DeltaV clients are being used at this time with Subversion
(r117)
        and neon (15.3)? (Command-line client seems to be working great)

2) I've been trying both DAV Explorer and SkunkDAV will either of these
work? The
PROPFIND and GET works, but not the commit or MKACTIVITY. Shouldn't I see
MKACTIVITY in httpd.conf and DAV:activity-collection-set in Skunk's
properties?

Is there any more usage notes? Thanks in advance.
