and with a new tarball, comes a new FreeBSD port...

for some reason this tarball doesn't seem to be installing the svn_*
headers in the includes dir i specified for configure. (actually it
doesn't seem to be installing them at all...). this used to work for
M3, but something must have changed since them...

i decided to go with PORTVERSION= r88, since that changs each time the
tarball changes, and i can't use M3-r88 since it messes up the ports
system for some reason. also, it'll make it easy for people to find
out exactly what version they're running, which should be a help.

i'll still hold off on submitting this to FreeBSD until M4, and
comments as always are welcome...
