Issue 411 (ra_dav can't fetch arbitrary revisions)

Hey gstein,

What is up with this bug? I just fetched an arbitrary revision of a specific
file. Is it only trees we can't get arbitrary revisions of?

Or is it only in checkouts (as opposed to updates)?
