Two update notes

Hey, I found two (possibly related) bugs regarding updating.

The first is that updating a missing entry doesn't work.

rm main.c
svn up main.c

(Don't get anything)

The second is that updated files get put in the wrong directory.

rm cmdline/main.c
svn up cmdline
A ./main.c

(And sure enough I now have a clients/main.c (and and entry and
text-base for it)

Not sure what is up, but I am investigating. If I can't figure it out, I
will file a report tonight.
