Hmmm. That's weird, though if you want to tag, go ahead. The idea
that a given project gets tagged for every other release out there
that depends on it would result in a lot of tags...

Of course, if the first project were under Subversion, it wouldn't
matter, since you can just refer to a specific revision (i.e., a free
tag).
