svnadmin crashes on svnadmin create

Hi there,

I have the debug versions of libdb32 and subversion built,
but I'm not familiar with debugging (or C in general), so...
What should I do to get a reasonable debugging info for you?

This is on NT 5 Pro, using MSVC 6.0.
