Java Library

Hi all!

Here it comes, my very very first draft of the java library interfaces.
Request for comments very welcome.

I think these files should reside under "subversion/subversion/clients/java".

Right now this is no running code. Instead it is a pretty straightforward
porting of the c functions to java classes and methods.

No JNI implementation included yet. I dont think the implementation issues
are not too important right now. First I'd like to have the calling interface
ready and clean. After this we might write the tests and after this the
implementation.

What do you people think?
