The spec is in Last Call. IOW, it is done and is only being tweaked in
slight ways.

We don't bend it.

We *do* have some application-specific properties and reports, however.
Those follow all the rules, though, so they aren't breaking the DAV or
DeltaV specs; it is simply that they are not standardized.
