Anyone started a Win32 client gui yet?

I'm willing to devote a little of my time to writing one. I've never really
used cvs much before, so I'm not sure I'm familiar enough with the concepts
to plan a whole GUI by myself, but I'd be willing to help out with
implementation... Any takers?

Along with that, I'm assuming the client libraries are stable enough to
begin working with. Is this a valid assumption?
