If you take a look at:

   http://subversion.tigris.org/project_status.html

you'll see that the documentation bar is at 20% (user docs are part of
that goal), and if you check out the subversion source tree, you'll
see that doc/user/manual contains the beginnings of some user
documentation. Would you be interested in helping out with user docs?
