Well, there's some truth to that speculation, but hey, volunteers work
on what they want, when they want. If I or someone else is ever
really dissatisfied, we should start committing on libsvn_ra_dav and
mod_dav_svn ourselves. :-)
For the record, my sole issue with the timing of the new build system
is that for while it had an impact on *other's* ability to do
develoment (i.e., people other than Greg Stein), while its bugs were
being shaken out. However, Greg's response time on these issues has
been about three milliseconds lately, and everyone appears to be able
to build again, so I have returned to my usual state of sessile bliss.
