Thank you for your email. We'd like to help with the problem,
but looking through your mail, we do not have any idea of how
to solve your problem and whether it is a Berkeley DB issue.
However, if you end up tracing it to something that appears
to be a DB bug, we'd certainly like to know about it and will
do our best to fix it.

So if and when you need us to be involved, please reference
Support Request number #3913.

Please Note: as far as we know, you do not currently have a
support contract with Sleepycat Software, nor are you doing
product evaluation for potential commercial use, and so we can
only address the issues you have raised as time is available.
If we are incorrect in either respect, please let us know as
soon as possible.

Regards,
Sleepycat Software Support
