More fun with Win32

Thanks to fixing the heap corruption problem, repos_test is actually
able to do something. Just not enough to be useful. :(

It ends up failing like so:
svn_error: #21031 failed to find expected node `A/mu' in tree
FAIL:
C:\SVN\subversion\SUBVERSION\TESTS\LIBSVN_REPOS\Debug\repos_test.exe 1:
test svn_repos_dir_delta

However, the BDB __db.* are actually all >= 8k in size.
