For me, the two paths were /usr/local/share/aclocal/libtool.m4 and
/usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4.... but it worked! autogen.sh had *no*
complaints after I made this copy!

Hmmm.... yeah. After I run ./configure, during my 'make' of apr, I
get thread errors. Maybe we can figger out some tweaks here?

Did you actually get apr and subversion to fully compile?

Can we write up a "recipe" document for building under cygwin? :)
