+1, so long as we continue to support the MSVC build. It's really
ridiculous to claim support for an OS when the only way to build on
that OS is to mimic a different OS. If we can support cygwin builds
while maintain the MSVC .dsp/.dsw deal-ios -- that's a Good Thing.
