Re: more test suite code

Sorry -- Sam, I was in the middle of implementing (really just
finishing up) the import code when some urgent non-Subversion matters
came up. I haven't had a chance to complete it yet.

The behavior I'm aiming for is documented in

   - the doc string for svn_client_import()
   - a large-ish comment in the body of svn_cl__import()

I'm sorry I haven't been able to finish this yet; will as soon as I
can. In the meantime, if you encounter an import bug, go ahead and
file it in the bug tracking system, that will help. And patches
welcome! :-)
