I felt very annoyed this morning that I had no way of telling which
working-copy objects actually had properties. In the status quo, 'svn
status' only shows them in the 2nd column if they're M or C.

So this change fixes the problem, while preserving an old UI principle
that we agreed on long ago:

   "Hide props from the user at first; a beginning user shouldn't
   know they're there until they start using them."

Bikeshed ok? Mauve?
