I queried you about it at ApacheCon, but you explained to me that it
wasn't really under vc before I did what Mike did. The solution is to
remove libsvn_ra_dav from subversion/subversion/tests/CVS/Entries and
prolly delete it from the repository for good measure. Hmm. Might
break some working copies, but I'm sure that most people here could
fix the CVS breakage pretty easily.
