Could we leave the release info out of 'svn help' ?

I just noticed that someone added the string:

"Subversion, version M2 (pre-alpha)"

to the output of the `svn help` command.

It would be better from a regression test
writers point of view if we left release
names out of the generic help text. If you
have to change the expected output of
the `svn help` command for every release,
you will not be able to run the same tests
on two different releases. It really can
be quite apain. I think it would be better
to provide a `svn --version` or `svn -v`
command that would print the version info.
