Sorry, I don't mean to be so hair-trigger. I *assumed* that it was a
global build problem, not just my box. I promise to investigate more
carefully next time. :)

Actually, it *is* a real set of tests, even using the latest C testing
framework. It tests things like ra_local's ability to find a
repository within a URL path, etc. So we do want to fix this problem
and get it building again.
