Subversion client now ported to Darwin/MacOS X.

I've been working on getting subversion ported to Darwin/MacOS X, and
have made some good progress this last week.

Neon:
Joe got the latest autotools update into Neon 0.11, so those
patches are integrated and neon doesn't need any work.

Expat/Expat-lite:
Turns out expat doesn't need any changes after all--running
configure from the top-level subversion directory does the trick
   (Thanks Karl :) ).

Apr:
Fred Sanchez already took care of porting apr, but dso is not working
presently. Greg Stein has made sure that Subversion will build
statically in the absence of dso capability.

External Tools:
Since Darwin already contains an executable named libtool, and
libtoolize are named glibtool and glibtoolize, and Automake needed
some tweaking to acknowledge this. I've taken care of the necessary
fixes and submitted the patches back to Darwin. I'm hoping that
they're picked up somtime in the next week.

Subversion:
Sum total of changes to subversion for the port: zero. Not bad... :)
The client builds and checks just fine, and hopefully I'll get
some time to work on the filesystem on in the next week.
