It's because we're pulling in libapr.a verbatim. I changed that, and
also made sure we use the LIBTOOL_LIBS defined in APRVARS.

Yeah well, I need to get some work done, too. :-)

It's done, I'm committing right now. "make check" passes, so I guess I
didn't goof too much.
