Ah. Right. I had forgotten about that directory :-)

Hmm... I don't know TeX at all, so I'm not sure about moving the .html page
to doc/ and doing an auto-copy onto the web site. And putting the doc into
www/ itself doesn't feel right. So... since notes/ isn't published, what
would be the recommended approach?

I could link to the CVS source browser, if it wasn't moved.
