I did a fetch and it has this response:

HTTP/1.0 200 OK
Date: Thu, 21 Dec 2000 08:17:49 GMT
Server: Boa/0.94.8.3
Connection: close
Content-Length: 554
Last-Modified: Thu, 24 Feb 2000 15:59:39 GMT
Content-Type: text/html

Note that Last-Modified header. So unless they're being devious, they have
used it since at least February.
[ funny thought... wasn't it Jim who came up with "Subversion" ?? :-) ]

That said, who the hell cares? There won't be any confusion. One is a host
name, one is a product name. I'm also quite confident that we've got the
momentum and the kick-ass stuff to make the name stick to *us*.

Of course... as the nominal (copyright) owner, *you* might care :-)

Cheers,
-g
