Fixed problem in APR configure that wouldn't recognise HP-UX DSO support.

Had to rebuild DB3 with "xlc_r" instead of "gcc -mthreads"; looks like
my gcc isn't configured right.

Bill Tutt contributed the APR Win32 bits, so hopefully Win32 will build
Real Soon Now.
