tigris.org having problems

Dunno if this message will go thru, but tigris.org's nameservers are having
problems. "cvs.tigris.org" no longer resolves :-(

[ got some checkins pending to fix checkouts... ]

I've notified the NOC, so (hopefully) it will be fixed soon. Just figured to
let people know that "the powers that be" have been told.
