working in client code

Just a heads up:

The client code is in a hairy in-between state right now in my working
copy, because I've switched it to use apr_getopt_long(), but there are
still some issues to work out (namely, certain subcommands, such as
propset, take non-option arguments that are also not filenames or
implied ".")

I will be finishing up these changes tomorrow. So if anyone has a
great desire to tear things up in the client/ dir, please suppress it
for a day. :-)
